The Verb "To Be"
AM Β· IS Β· ARE β€” Affirmative, Negative & Questions
Unit 1 Β· Grammar
ΒΏQuΓ© es el Verbo To Be?

"To Be" en espaΓ±ol significa "Ser" o "Estar".

AM
Solo con I
I am happy
IS
He Β· She Β· It
She is tall
ARE
You Β· We Β· They
We are friends
🎯 ¿Para qué lo usamos?
πŸ™‹
Presentarte
I am Sofia.
Yo soy SofΓa.
😊
Describir sentimientos
He is happy.
Γ‰l estΓ‘ feliz.
πŸ“
Indicar lugar
We are at school.
Estamos en el colegio.
πŸ“
Describir caracterΓsticas
The cat is small.
El gato es pequeΓ±o.
ΒΏSabΓas que? No puedes decir solo "am happy" β€” debes decir "I am happy".
